Once you have visited, you will need to complete a registration form and pay a £50 administration charge to reserve a place for your child. We have limited spaces but will do our best to accommodate your child.

The minimum attendance is 2 sessions of 3 hours per week. We cannot ‘swap’ sessions or lunch clubs if your child is unable to attend their allocated days.

Our playgroup sessions are a minimum of 3 hours and run from:

• 9am to 12pm
• 9am to 1pm
• 9am to 3pm

Free childcare for 3 and 4-year-olds

The government provides 15 hours of free universal funding each week for all 3 and 4-year-olds in England. Your child can receive this from the term after their third birthday. Read more on GOV.UK: https://www.gov.uk/help-with-childcare-costs/free-childcare-and-education-for-2-to-4-year-olds

The 15 hours can be used for two childcare settings, but are shared between both.

Free childcare for 2-year-olds

You may be able to claim funding for your 2-year-old child from West Sussex County Council.

If you get this funding, you will not have to pay the £50 administration charge to join our playgroup.

Fees

To reserve your child’s place, there is a £50 administration charge. This is refundable if you do not take any other services from us above the 15 hours of free universal funding.

For 2 and 3-year-old children not yet eligible for free universal funding, each hour is charged at £7.70.

For 3 and 4-year-old children who need more hours than the 15 hours of free childcare, each hour is charged at £7.50.

Invoices are sent monthly and must be paid by the last day of the month. We do not give refunds or credits for holidays or sickness absences.
